7:00 PM | Adult Bible Study: “The Great Divorce” by C.S. Lewis

Join us for heartfelt discussion and fellowship (newcomers are always welcome!). In The Great Divorce, various souls take a bus ride to the outskirts of Heaven. The souls grapple with in-life choices, attachments, the nature of love, and the always-available reconciliation with God. A spiritual mentor in the book observes, “There are only two kinds of people in the end: those who say to God, ‘Thy will be done,’ and those to whom God says, in the end, ‘Thy will be done.’” Even if we temporarily choose not-God, our God never gives up on us. Our God awaits us.
